The method - How does it work?

SplitEmail™ electroically tags and strips irrelevant or confidential sections of the message from the copy sent to designated recipients.

For example, think of a manager conducting email discussions with a vendor. The exchanges are about pricing, discounts and delivery. The manager wants to keep a colleague in the loop vis-a-vis blind copy’s on the email. In most circumstances the manager would first tell his colleague what the discussion is about, then blind copy (Bcc) him in to every mail. Fair enough, but when the need arises for a comment to accompany the original email Bcc’d to the colleague or, question to be asked, it would typically require a redundant email or a special phone call.

With SplitEmail™, recipient-specific comments can be written into the original mail and screened from the vendor.

The colleague’s attention can be immediately focussed on a particular aspect of the exchange without the need for phone calls or switching between separate emails. The vendor never sees the comments, and you have more time on your hands.
