Real Life Usage
Scheduling customer meetings
If I have a meeting with a customer, I like to meet my employees about 15min before the meeting begins. I use SplitEmail to let my reports know about our prior meeting before going into the customer meeting. Use it to share notes that are for the employee eyes only.

HR Communication

I use it when sending reviews to the employees with notes for HR. Now I just mark my HR notes as private in the same email. Employee never sees it, and the HR director sees them within the complete context of the email.

Use it in my church group

Use SplitEmail every week when corresponding with my church group. Need to enclose directions for certain members about bible study, and now I use SplitEmail to do it.

Gossiping with my friends

Use it to gossip with my friends. Send one email with little private notes to all of them  about the others, without anyone knowing it - how cool is that Wink

Use it in customer service

I am in Customer Service and use SplitEmail every day. Lot of times I need to respond to my customer with a private note to my logistics manager. Now I do it inside one email. A real time saver.

Testimonials

"SplitEmail has simplified my daily emails. I love that fact that I do not have to recompose the same message over and over." - Jane

Real Life Stories

The uses for SplitEmail are almost limitless. Here are a few examples:

You can send a single email to all your friends, adding specific comments to just your closest confidants. And you can do this in the certainty that you won't say the wrong thing to the wrong person. You can even create groups within your contacts and designate which group gets which portions of the mail.

An exchange between a manager and an employee can be copied to HR, complete with any added confidential comment the employee should not see.

A senior manager can circulate general team building encouragement by email and include confidential acknowledgements to individuals.

A project manager can reduce the complexity of communication across the entire project team. His management task is much simpler due to less emails and the team members receive details only relevant to them.
