The user can assign different recipients to different private, hilighted sections.

Sender has marked some sections confidential, and hilighted some sections for different users.

The sender can preview how the email will look like for a recipient prior to sending. In current example, sender is previewing how the email will look like for User5.

Using this dialog box, the sender can change which section goes to which user, as well as delete certain hilighted / confidential sections in their entirety.
